I am planning my new home setup and will be using Unifi Protect cameras in a HomeKit based system. It’s also faster then the UniFi app to check out alerts. That’s the secret sauce that allows it to work after the most recent update. Is Home Key something that can added to compatible smart locks in the future or have 3rd party support (scrypted)? Discussion I was just looking over at an article from last June of Ubiquiti saying home key support was on their road map for Unifi Access which basically means it could happen within the next 15 years. You may have explained in the video but how have you found it? For me, with Homebridge it takes about 4seconds to load a stream and the frame drops are low. I just wanted to share in case anyone was in the same position as I was. I added to Unifi plugin, and entered teh credentials for a local admin account I created for this.
